Open 24/7 of your convenience, visit us during manned hours to activate your CAC for access to all unmanned fitness centers across NBK, including Keyport, Naval Hospital Bremerton and Bangor Waterfront Fitness (requires lower base access).

Family-Friendly Fitness Space
Stay fit while the kids stay active! This exclusive, family-friendly space offers a play area for ages 6 months to 9 years and allows youth ages 7-9 years old to work out with parents after a Youth Orientation. Fitness for the whole family creates lifelong healthy habits.

Facility Guidelines
- All patrons are encouraged to consult a medical practitioner prior to starting a fitness program
- Photographing, videotaping and all other means of recording are prohibited in locker rooms and restrooms
- All bags must be stored in the designated areas – bags are not permitted on the workout floor
- Food and drinks are prohibited in workout spaces with the exception of liquids in a non-spill container
- Patrons are required to wipe down equipment after use
- Using offensive language is inappropriate and prohibited
Facility Usage Requirements
- Youth ages 15 and older have unrestricted use of the fitness center
- Youth ages 12-14 must complete the Youth Orientation and be accompanied by an adult to use cardio and weight equipment. Responsible adults are required to stay in the same room and maintain clear line of sight of the youth
- Youth ages 12-14 may use the racquetball and basketball courts without adult supervision
- Youth ages 10-11 must complete the Youth Orientation and be accompanied by an adult to use cardio and weight equipment. Responsible adults are required to stay within an arms distance of the youth
- Youth ages 10-11 may use the racquetball and basketball courts when accompanied by an adult. Responsible adults are required to stay in the same room and maintain clear line of sight of the youth
- Youth ages 2-9 are permitted to use the racquetball and basketball courts when accompanied by an adult. Responsible adults are required to stay within an arms distance of the youth at all times
- Youth Ages 7-9 may work out with their parent in the Family Fitness Space after they have completed the Youth Family Fitness Space Orientation
Facility Dress Code
To ensure a safe, respectful and hygienic environment for all members, the following dress code is required in the Fitness Center.
- Athletic attire is required at all times. This includes shirts/tops, athletic pants or shorts and closed-toe athletic shoes
- Military uniforms are permitted during workouts provided they are safe, clean and appropriate for working out.
- Shirts must be worn at all times. Tops must meet the top of the shorts/pants and not show excessive amounts of midriff, back or chest/cleavage
- Shorts/pants must cover the entire buttocks and undergarments.
- Footwear must be closed toe and designed for athletic activity. No Sandals, slides, crocs or bare feet.
- All attire must be family friendly – no obscene images or language
