Military Family Housing at Naval Base Kitsap is offered through our Public/Private Venture partner, Hunt Military Communities. For more information on your Family Housing options, contact the Housing Service Center.
Management of The Landings (formerly Jackson Park Navy Family Housing) has recently been turned over to Hunt Military Communities as well.
Applying for Housing
You can apply for Public/Private Venture (PPV) Family Housing prior to departure from your current command. Navy Housing has developed Housing Early Application Tool (HEAT) to assist service members and their families in applying for housing Navywide. HEAT allows you to start the housing application process at one or more installations online before or after you receive Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders.

The Navy Housing Service Center (HSC) is your first stop to receive information on housing options and community resources. Our centers offer a wide variety of referral services for you, including information on the local community and surrounding areas. We can also assist you with finding off-base housing. Whether you are just arriving, preparing to move away, or changing residences, we have ways to help.
Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)
The Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) is a U.S. based allowance prescribed by geographic duty location, pay grade, and dependency status. It provides uniformed Service members equitable housing compensation based on housing costs in local civilian housing markets within the United States.
