Getting Started
- Download the Fitness Assessment Form or pick one up at the front desk of the gym
- Complete the packet and turn it in:
- Bring directly to the Fitness Trainer desk – located in the NOFFS Zone – and speak with a trainer to get scheduled
- Drop off at the front desk of the gym and a trainer will call you to schedule your first appointment
