2023 NBK Summer Reading Program Activities

The DoD MWR Libraries Summer Reading Program - presented by United Through Reading - is a great way to encourage a child, teen, or adult to read over the summer months. So let’s give them a little incentive to earn prizes for their reading! MWR customers of all ages are encouraged to join.

The DoD MWR Libraries Summer Reading Program has remained true to its long-standing mission, “To provide high quality, low-cost resources and products that enable local library staff to motivate children, young adults, and adults to read.” In addition, when participants meet their goals, they’ll receive prizes from their local installation library. The theme for 2023 DoD Summer Reading Program is Find Your VoiceFind Your Voice will provide a context for exploring books, history, social justice, and STEAM fields as well as develop library programs and services that empower patrons of all ages to make their voices heard.
