Pilates Class
Tuesdays | 5-5:50 p.m.
Fridays | 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Bangor Fitness Center

Important Notes:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in

  • All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted.

  • Limited space is available

  • Certified fitness professionals teach all classes and are included with facility access.
