Group Fitness: Spin/Strength

Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. Spin/Strength is 20 mins of cardio on the spin bike and 20 mins of functional strength training.

Mondays: 5-5:50 p.m. | Bangor Fitness Center
FREE FOR ACTIVE DUTY, retirees and their families.
FEE APPLIES TO DoD civilians and contractors 

Certified fitness professionals teach all classes. Limited space is available. Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in.  All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted. 

Open to active duty, reservists, retirees, veterans with VA Health ID, DoD employees and their families.
