Command Point of Contact (POC) Training as required by OPNAVINST 1754.2D - Command POC Training provides general program information about the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) for service members and their families; assist with facilitating the enrollment process; liaise between MTF, FFSC, families and the Command about the program when necessary.
