The Summer Warrior Games are a variety of events to test your strength and endurance! Each individual will be timed as they complete a series of challenges, the fastest times win! Divisions will be divided by weight class and gender. Events to include:
1. Timer Starts
2. Farmers Walk x 40 yds
3. Sandbag Toss x 40 yds
4. Frog Jump x 40 yds
5. Bucket Carry x 80 yds
6. Bear Crawl x 40 yds
7. Sandbag Toss x 40 yds
8. Farmers Walk x 40 yds
9. Run x ¼ mile
10. Pull Ups (Women) x 10, (Men) x 15
11. Pancake Stack x 4
12. Burpees x 15
13. Timer Stops
These events will be incorporated into the weekly warrior classes leading up to the Warrior Games.
Register by Tuesday, July 17. Day-of-event registration starts at 4 pm.
